Adopt-A-Flower-Garden Program

Each summer, Ames Parks & Recreation inspires community involvement through the “Adopt a Flower Garden” program, championing ongoing park beautification efforts. Last year, over 50 vibrant gardens were planted, showcasing more than 20,000 beautiful flowers generously donated by Holub’s Garden and Greenhouses of Ames. For the second consecutive year, dedicated volunteers from Worldly Goods have nurtured the three center beds at Bandshell Park, creating a stunning and inviting space for all to enjoy.
